Amale spent the last 15 years helping clients navigate, and enjoy, change. Most of that time has been in strategy and innovation roles, at manager, leader and exec level. She built, mobilised and grown teams with all the day to day challenges and joys that brings. She led, sold and scaled multi-million pounds pieces of work for genuinely exciting and global clients.
She has also seen, and experienced, burnout and overwhelm, not stopping to take stock of what’s actually important until it’s too late. This led her to coaching, and she now enjoys helping her clients get unstuck and design a richer life and career.
