Biography

David Coleman is a former Royal Marines Commando, resilience speaker, and mental health advocate whose life story exemplifies courage, recovery, and human potential. After surviving a grenade explosion at point-blank range in Afghanistan, David faced severe physical trauma, mental health challenges, addiction, and the lifelong impact of a childhood stammer that once made speaking impossible. Choosing transformation over defeat, he rebuilt his life and purpose.

Today, David is the Founder and CEO of C2C – Civvy 2 Commando & Corporate 2 Commando, delivering immersive leadership, resilience, and team-building experiences rooted in elite military practice. A TRiM mental health practitioner with frontline operational experience, he works with corporates, institutions, and individuals to develop mental toughness, adaptability, and authentic leadership.
