Adam draws upon over a decade of experience as a coach, companion, teacher, trainer and advocate. Anchored in Austin, he is committed to expanding coachings presence in service of its mission to bring the transformative joy of discovery to the global community.
Before turning toward helping others, Adam worked as an agent for Next Model Management and has managed restaurants, hotels, and nightclubs for One Group, Strategic & Tao Group.
After graduating from Fordham University with a BA in Visual Art, Adam received his transformative coaching education from the Co-Active Training Institute. Adam has trained as an Interventionist with Ken Seeley, Eric McLaughlin, and Dr. Louise Stanger and served as an Executive Coach for senior leadership at the German multinational Bertelsmann Group. Adam is PCC, CPCC and CARC certified. Additionally he is a member of the ICF and an NREMT.

Geoff McDonald is now best known as a global advocate, campaigner and consultant who is passionate about addressing the stigma of mental ill health in workplaces, and helping organisations embed purpose as a key driver of business performance, and prior to this Geoff was the Global VP of Human Resources for Unilever.
