Yemurai Rabvukwa is a Senior Cybersecurity Associate, Keynote Speaker, and Careers Strategist with a First-Class Chemistry degree from the University of Liverpool. After starting her career at Lloyds Banking Group, she transitioned into cybersecurity through a non-traditional path—an experience that fuels her mission to redefine career success, tackle imposter syndrome, and bridge the digital skills gap. A recipient of the TechWomen100 Award, Yemurai has partnered with the UK Civil Service, interviewed Apple’s VP of Environmental Policy, hosted London’s Cloud and Cyber Expo, and spoken at the Google Developers Group x UCL International Women’s Day event. Her personal experience with imposter syndrome inspired her to create the ACT Framework, which helps individuals confront fear and self-doubt with clarity and confidence. Through her engaging talks, she empowers audiences on topics such as imposter syndrome, the future of work and non-linear careers, and building digital skills in cybersecurity and tech.
