I am a full-time Lecturer at Plymouth Marjon University and a professional development trainer with an MSc in Management with HRM (Merit) from the University of Huddersfield, UK. My academic interests lie at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Human Resource Management, focusing on how emerging technologies are reshaping work, leadership, decision-making, and business performance.
My MSc dissertation examined the role of AI text generators in employee training, and I am now seeking a fully funded PhD opportunity in the UK to expand my research. Proposed topics include AI in combating financial fraud, AI adoption and microbusiness performance, generative AI features shaping consumer decisions, and the ethical use of AI in HR. Alongside academia, I have four years’ experience as a trainer and career coach, having delivered 200+ workshops to over 25,000 learners worldwide. I welcome collaborations on AI, HR, leadership, and the future of work.
