I'm a leadership coach and transformation consultant, helping ambitious introverts with an international background build high-performing, change-resilient teams. Over the course of my 20+ years of corporate experience, I have specialized in managing and leading the people side of change, specifically communications strategy, training design and delivery, employee engagement and leadership development. This passion for enabling teams to navigate through complex, constant change is what led me to obtain my coaching qualification in 2019. Since then, I have acquired over 200 hours of coach training, and 1000+ hours of coaching experience. I’m on a mission to make work a better place to learn, grow and lead.
