With over 20 years of creative industry experience, Stephen studied at Central Saint Martins, Kent University, and Mountview Theatre School. His acclaimed short film Epiphany, inspired by true events, earned him Best Director at the ICFF in the US.
Stephen has spoken at organisations including KPMG, Lloyds Banking Group, Harris Academy, and the Renaissance Foundation, where he has helped drive change. His career includes senior roles at agencies such as VCCP and Ogilvy, leading campaigns for global brands like O2 and Thomson Reuters. At KPMG, he built and led video production teams across the UK and India before founding SLTV Studios. He is also the author of two books on personal development and filmmaking.
